Chef de Partie
This is an ideal opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our award winning bistro and deli – Food by Breda Murphy in Whalley - and to really make a contribution to the successful performance of the business. You will become part of a professional kitchen team reporting to the Head Chef.
With 50 internal covers and a further 16 outside, a contemporary day time deli and bistro also offering selective gourmet evenings and outside catering. Day time Tuesday to Saturday, closed Sunday and Mondays with occasional evenings and offsite catering.
Main Tasks
• Day to day responsibility for
your
section in kitchen
• Ensuring that food is produced to
the highest standards
• Responsibility for Health,
Safety and Hygiene
• Supporting the Head Chef
as required
You Need
To demonstrate a passion for quality and high standards of safety and hygiene
Previous experience in a similar establishment
To be even tempered, able to work under pressure and to respond to challenges
